Leaked Images Show Fitness-Focused Gear S2 Watch

It looks like the Gear S2 may be little a sibling in the coming months, one that’s a little bit more focused on fitness.

According to images leaked by Tizen Cafe, the SM-R15 (not likely the final game), Samsung has been working on a fitness-focused tracker internally being called Triathlon. The device appears to be equipped with the same circular display and rotatable bezel as the Gear S2 and looks like it comes with a separate heart rate tracker than can be attached to a user’s chest. It also looks like it will come with a feature that counts repetitions in a workout, as well as body fat measurements.

We aren’t sure if and when this device will make its debut, but our guess would be Mobile World Congress (MWC) which takes place late February. We’ll keep you update as more information rolls in. For now, enjoy the leaked images below.
