watchOS 2 Adds New Sport Color-Matching Options to Apple Watch Faces

September 10, 2015

Just yesterday, Apple released a Gold and Rose Gold Apple Watch alongside a new “Fall Collection” of Apple Watch Sport bands which are now available in 16 different colors. The bands, which are available in both 38 and 42mm allows anyone to customize their look of their Apple Watch even more. It doesn’t stop there though because watchOS 2 has also added the ability to change the color of various watch faces to match these new bands.

As first noted by 9to5Mac, watchOS 2 adds new colors including variations of previous colors including orange, turquoise, light blue, midnight blue, and many more. The goal, of course, is to allow for a more uniformed look. That’s about as far as the customization goes though. Still, it’s better than nothing, right?
