Apple Stores Begin Selling Watch Bands Ahead of Retail Debut
May 21, 2015
As noted by 9to5Mac, Apple has begun selling Apple Watch bands at select Apple Stores throughout the country. Most of the bands currently being sold include the Sport band, however we have heard independently that some stores are also carrying the Classic Buckle.
Currently, the Sport band costs $49, while other bands such as a the Classic Buckle, Leather Loop, and Milanese Loop each sell for $149. We’ve heard to expect more bands to appear as the Watch nears its availability at retail stores which according to CEO Tim Cook will be sometime in June.
