Pebble Updates its Watches With Streamlined Interface
Pebble today announced a new major software update for its line of Pebble watches. The update includes a slew of new health features as well as some interface tweaks.
An updated Timeline with a new Quick View setting now lets wearers see what events and activities are planned for the current day and up to three days in the future.
Another new feature is App Glances, which offers up new information from applications before they’re opened.
Pebble Health also has a new cleaner and easier to understand look.
Press Up from your watch face for quick glances at your step and sleep performance with the redesigned activity cards. Press Right from each activity to dive deeper and compare how you’re currently doing with your typical performance from the past week.
Pebble has also added a new “Sneak Peek” feature for iOS users that lets them manage emails, something that was previously limited to Android users. Now, iOS users can delete, archive, reply all, and mark as read from Gmail accounts.
All the new features are available to the Pebble Time, Time Steel, and Time round and can be downloaded from the Pebble app, which you can grab here.
