Hands On: Replica Midnight Blue Apple Watch Sport Band

When Apple announced its new Fall lineup of Apple Watch Sport Bands, the first one I was immediately attracted to was the Midnight Blue Apple Watch Sport Band. Something about a darker blue seemed much nicer to me as a daily driver compared to the black Sport that came with my stainless steel. I was just minutes away from purchasing one via Apple’s website, when I decided to take a look over at Amazon. Within 5 minutes, I had Replica Midnight Blue Sport Band for less than a third the price of Apple’s.

So how is it? In a word: Awesome.

While this wasn’t available Prime shipped, the seller did offer free shipping. It took about 3-4 days to arrive at my door. Upon opening, I was shocked at how good it looked. (Update: You can now get this band Prime shipped)

It is a tad bit thinner than Apple’s version. Call me crazy, but I actually find it to be a tad bit more comfortable because it’s just every so slightly more flexible. It almost conforms to my wrist better.

The blue really is like a midnight blue. From a distance, and with little light, it could be mistaken for black. But when there’s light, it has this very subtle beautiful blue that I really like.

It fits into the watch slots without any issues. Perfect fit.

Seriously, it looks just like Apple’s. Every detail is virtually the same.

Simple, clean, yet elegant.

Here it is on my wrist. I just love the way it looks, especially with other blue clothing.

And again, it’s super comfortable.

I bought this for $10 with free shipping on Amazon. If you ask me, it’s worth every penny. Saving nearly 80 percent when compared to Apple’s makes this a steal. I bet this would look awesome on some of the other finishes like the Black Sport or even the Gold Sport.
